Description
A Super nova is an exploding star.
This pattern is my interpretation of the explosion translated into embroidery stitches.
In the pattern Super nova 1 you will find my interpretation of the first phase of the explosion.
In this second phase the color rings more smooth transitions.
First the cross stitches are embroidered and then the double string stitches.
The double string stitch is always embroidered in the color of the adjacent cross stitches.
Number of stitches used:
Whole cross stitches 13192, half cross stitches 1824, quarter cross stitches 4368 and 1110.9 cm of double running stitches.
That’s a lot more stitches as in super nova 1 because all the pieces are separate.
This pattern also includes a yarn card with the colors of Super nova 1.
