Description
This pattern is a co-production of Aaron art and Naald en draad ( www.naaldendraad.com )
This is the second pattern of the Tangram B series.
The size of the diamond shaped figure left next to the boat is in total 56 x56 cross-stitches formed with 7 Tangram pieces.
The surface of the pieces used in the Boat is about 15 time the surface of the small pieces.
Totally 12 colors are used, but every single part only contains 9 of the 12 colors.
Of course you can use different colors or choose to embroider the pattern with one color.
I have embroidered this pattern with Au Ver à Soie-Soie d’Alger silk, but there is a conversion list to DMC.
The 79 special stitches used in this pattern each are separately and clearly explained.
If you like to create your own Tangram figure take a look at Tangram pattern A, B.4 or B.XXL
Have fun embroidering this Boat.
