Personal data.
Your personal data will be used exclusively for the delivery of ordered items and mailing. We respect your privacy and ensure confidentiality of your personal data. These will never be passed on to third parties.
Terms of payment.
All prices include VAT and include postage.
Payment must be made in advance.
When confirming the order, you are obliged to pay!
If the ordered goods are not paid for, no delivery will take place.
All prices on the site are subject to change.
Delivery
Delivery always takes place after receipt of payment. After payment has been made, we aim to deliver the ordered items as soon as possible as a digital PDF file to the e-mail address provided by you. If this is not possible, we will always inform you.
You cannot collect your order at Aaronart in Akkrum.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to delivered digital PDF patterns.
Liability
Aaronart is not liable for any damage caused to the consumer, unless it is a matter of intent or gross negligence on Aaronart’s part.
Ordered items will be sent to the purchaser as a Pdf file via e-mail. All shipments are at the risk of the buyer.
Aaronart cannot be held responsible for damage, inconvenience, etc. caused by the digital transmission systems of third parties or third parties.
Liability is limited to the amount of the invoice.
Aaronart cannot be held responsible for any typesetting or printing errors on its website, photos of items that differ from the actual colour, product details provided and unforeseeable and reasonably uncontrollable poor quality of the products.

All intellectual property rights concerning the embroidery designs on the website belong to Aaronart.
Embroydery desings on the website related to intellectual property may only be used in a domestic enviroment.
Copying, distributing and any other use of these embroidery patterns is not permitted without written permission from Aaronart, except and only insofar as otherwise provided in regulations of mandatory law.
