Description

The pattern is based on a work by Albert Smit (1878-1946)
I did embroider this pattern with Anchor.
It is also possible to embroider the pattern with DMC.
A convert list from Anchor numbers to DMC numbers is included in the pattern.
Using DMC the colours of the pelican will be a little more soft an example of how that looks is also included in the pattern.
Cross-stitches and backstitches are used but the eyes and toe of the pelican need a few quarter cross-stitches.
If you also like pattern Spring A, order pattern Spring A and B for it contains both patterns.
