Description
This pattern is a co-production of Aaron art and Naald en draad ( www.naaldendraad.com )
In this pattern 28 different structures are used.
The structures in this pattern have more than one direction. therefore they are a bit more difficult to embroider as the structures in one direction as in pattern Tangram C.6
The structures are embroidered with quarter cross-stitches.
Instead of quarter cross-stitches you can embroider half cross-stitches.
But then your pattern will be twice as wide and twice as high.
The out-ling of the figures is embroidered with the double running stitch.
You will find the explanation of the stitches in this pattern
I did embroider this pattern with one thread of Au ver a soie,-Soie d’Alger silk.
A convert list to DMC is added.
I picket the convert colours to DMC by hand but there will always be little colour differences
If you choice another kind of fabric and/or thread, you may choice another amount of threads to work with.
You may choice to embroider this pattern in different colours and/or change the amount of colours.
Have fun embroidering this figure
